We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments unless other arrangements are made in advance.  Rush orders may be upgraded to Priority Mail (2-3 days, NOT guaranteed) or Express Mail (overnight to two days) for an additional fee.  For international orders, we provide only proof of shipment and cannot be responsible for delivery.  Global Priority Mail and Global Express Mail are the preferred shipping methods to locations outside of the USA and its possessions. 

No Back Order Policy 

We make every possible effort to ensure the accuracy of your order before and during the manufacturing process.
However if you are not happy with your map you must make a claim within 30 days of receipt of the goods.  Please call for authorization number prior to returning your map.

We use the best possible shipping envelopes in hopes that no damage will occur, however there are exceptions and just return the damaged product and we will send another one just like it.
